How do I cancel my NeighborWho subscription?

If you no longer need our services, you can call our Customer Care line any time at 1-866-202-7417. You can also cancel online by emailing support@neighborwho.com or using our Contact Us form. Whether you’re canceling your subscription online or through the phone, please have your nine-digit membership ID ready.

Once your account is canceled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email for your reference. You will still have access to any remaining paid time or to log into your canceled account if you wish to reactivate your subscription at any time.
