What is the related properties section?

The related properties section of the property report contains units that exist within a single building. This is useful for situations where there are apartments, or the property contains a duplex, quadraplex, triplex, condos, or row houses. You may frequently find  this section being populated with related properties when there is an HOA as well, as they tend to own the larger plot of land where many other properties (condos) are located.
